Rebranded and transformed Ironcircle into a B2B2C AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform, designing an intuitive LMS experience and an AI assistant to drive engagement, program completion, and measurable learning outcomes across organizations and end users.

When I joined, IronCircle was known as ThriveDX and primarily partnered with universities.
The company offered a platform that integrated defensive and offensive cybersecurity simulations directly into the university curriculum.
In early 2025, Ironcircle pivoted from delivering custom cybersecurity training services to building a scalable SaaS platform.
The goal was to reach more organizations, automate workflows, and integrate AI-driven learning.
Just a week after I joined, We then rebuilt the platform from scratch to align with the new vision and capabilities.

My Role:
Led the strategic rebrand and aligned the product experience to the new LMS vision.
First, let's understand the current global situation.
Analyze competitors, trends, and opportunities to position IronCircle effectively in the SaaS
cybersecurity market through in-depth competitive analysis.


After carefully analyzing our competitors and market practices for cybersecurity Learning Management Systems (LMSs),
I will prepare a detailed report with my recommendations for enhancing our product. Following that, we will develop a roadmap
outlining all the features we have agreed upon for the next quarter (Q1).
Objective: Align the brand with the SaaS pivot and AI positioning.
Brand Pillars:
Tone of Voice: Confident, product-driven, proactive, AI-forward
Strategic Focus: Shift perception from lecturer in the classroom → modern SaaS product
My Role:
Led the brand transformation, aligning marketing and product experiences.
Objective: Build a scalable visual foundation applied across marketing and products.
Logo: Simplified, geometric, digital-native signals scalability and intelligence.
Color Palette: Blaze orange for urjency, movment, and momentum. electric IceVolt/blue/ accents for AI, standard state colors for compliance.
Typography: Clean, geometric sans; clear hierarchy for dashboards and content.
Component Language: Buttons, cards, tables, microcopy aligned to brand; structured grid system for dashboards, transitions & micro animations.
Brand → Product Alignment: Design system consistently applied across IronCircle LMS interfaces.

Designed a visual identity system that scales across product and marketing while maintaining brand integrity.

A centralized, data-driven dashboard presenting
compliance metrics, AI-generated insights, color-coded
risk indicators, and streamlined content management

A fully mapped learning journey that guides users from initial platform entry through structured modules,
hands-on labs, assessments, and ultimately certification
delivery via email - ensuring a clear and measurable
progression path.

The rebrand and AI integration transformed Ironcircle from a static learning
system into an intelligent, engagement-driven platform.

Ember became a central driver of engagement and progress.
By providing:
